Microsoft, the most prestigious international software company is looking for strong IT oriented professional, with the ability to fluently communicate in German.
The selected candidate will:
- communicate with customers, internal engineers via electronic correspondence or telephone;
- solve complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty redirected by the Global Technical Support Centre or escalated by EMEA subsidiary sites;
- provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve handling difficult situations;
- write and review technical articles or sample programs in order to distribute technical information to all customers, internal engineering and subsidiary staff;
- take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflows;
- develop own technical knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope.
If you have:
- A fluent level of German and English;
- Knowledge of Relational Databases administration and TCP/IP Networking;
- Customer focus and Service oriented attitude;
- Analytical Problem Solving skills;
- Team playing abilities;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a very big plus.
